Question about Pisces-scorpio?

If Pisces are meant to be one of the weak willed signs but Scorpios are meant to be one of the strongest willed signs then what does this mean. Do I actually have Scorpio or Aries traits because of this – it is kind of confusing.

Yeah i’ve heard that there is three decans but i didn’t know what does it means actually .. so i’m the 2nd decan (: and for ur question i think you have Pisces & Scorpio traits .. but if u were born in March 20 *Pisces/Aries Cusp “March 20 – March 27″* you would have some of Aries traits beside the Pisces & Scorpio Traits xD!
