Looking around for the best HVAC contractor can cost you an arm and a leg if you come up with the wrong choice. Luckily for you, I have been through the leg work, paid my dues (and plenty of them) and found the best choice around when it comes to quality, affordable service within Alexandria.
When my AC started having problems, I called around to the local businesses and came up with a few different companies. After my first three assessments, being the cash conscious person I am, I decided purely by price. This can be a disastrous decision as I soon found out. After all the work had been done and the bill had arrived, I was informed my unit couldn’t be completely fixed, but rather temporarily for the moment until I could get a new one.
I was.. upset to say the least. My next call went out to CFS Service Corporation, and I will never use anyone else for my AC and heating needs. They came out and gave me an assessment free of charge. I told them what had happened to me and they quickly went on to tell me that the contractor I had hired wasn’t qualified to make such a decision, and found the problem within minutes that I was charged hours for earlier.
CFS Service Corp didn’t take their time to try and milk the price higher, but instead fixed my unit which until this day still works great at an affordable rate. Besides price, I never felt anything but trust in their abilities and they worked to make me happy, the first time. When it comes to your HVAC needs in Alexandria I cannot give a higher recommendation than for CFS. Thanks guys.
